Shipping policy

1. Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During peak periods (such as Black Friday), processing times may be slightly longer. All timeframes are counted from the confirmation of payment.

2. Shipping methods and costs

We ship throughout the United Kingdom using registered courier services (Royal Mail or equivalent), which include a tracking number.

  • Up to 2 kg: £5.99

  • Above 2 kg: £9.99 (or according to the weight/size of the parcel)

Any free shipping promotions will be applied automatically as advertised on the website.

3. Delivery times

Deliveries within the UK normally occur within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. However, we guarantee that all orders will be delivered within a maximum of 28 calendar days. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us so we can resolve the issue immediately.

4. Order tracking

You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as the order has been shipped. Use this code on the carrier’s website to follow the delivery status. We also monitor all deliveries and remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches the customer’s address.

5. Incorrect or incomplete address

Please check that the address provided is correct. If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the details and resend the order. If the error is on the customer’s side, a new shipping fee may be charged for the reshipment.

6. Delays, loss or damage

If there is any delay, loss or damage to the parcel while it is in transit, we are responsible and will liaise directly with the carrier to resolve the situation. If your order is not delivered or arrives damaged, please inform us within 14 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date so that we can arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

7. Failure to deliver

If for any reason the carrier is unable to complete the delivery (for example, repeated absence of the recipient), the parcel may be returned to us. If this happens, we will review the case and may either resend the order (subject to a new shipping fee) or process a refund, according to your preference.
