Refund policy
1. Return period and right of withdrawal
You may request the return or exchange of any product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive it, in accordance with UK distance selling and e-commerce regulations. After this period, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.
2. Condition of the products
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, show no signs of consumption and be in its original packaging, including seals and labels. Hygiene products, cosmetics or perfumes that have been opened or used cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defect.
3. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return: gift cards, final sale / clearance items, and personalised or made-to-order products.
4. How to request a return
To start a return, please send an email to purebeautymarketing1@gmail.com including your order number, full name, reason for the return and, if there is any damage/defect, photos of the product. After we authorise the return, we will provide the address for shipping the item back. Please do not send any products back without prior authorisation, as this may delay or prevent the processing of your refund.
5. Shipping costs and refund of postage
We will refund the full value of the returned product and also the standard shipping cost originally paid by the customer on the order (where applicable), in line with UK consumer legislation.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service. While the consumer is responsible for packing the product securely, we are not responsible for any loss or damage until the item is received at our address.
6. Receipt and assessment
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email confirming receipt. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 10 working days. If the refund is not approved, we will inform you of the reason and, where applicable, send the product back to you.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please follow the process described in section 4.
8. If your refund is delayed
If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed it, please first check your bank account or card statement again. Then contact your card issuer or bank. If you still need assistance, please contact us via our customer service email.
